From near-term work to campus-scale measurement

Veteran Housing

Housing work would be measured through successful placements, sustained stability, and responsible follow-up—not anecdotes presented as proof.

Local Workforce

Planned workforce pathways include maintenance, hospitality, energy, agriculture, and security, subject to partnerships and operating needs.

Resilience Infrastructure

Proposed microgrids, backup power, and resilient facilities would be measured against documented engineering and continuity milestones.

Our Roadmap

Phase 1 – Pilots & Planning: Housing pilots, digital community growth, and land development.
Phase 2 – Campus Build-out: Core infrastructure, early units, and training facilities.
Phase 3 – Full Operations: Campus hosts residents, runs programs, and anchors resilience efforts.
Phase 4 – Replication: Lessons learned guide future campuses nationwide.
